Public transport

The best way to travel is via public transport! You’ll meet new people, you’ll by-pass the traffic jam in front of the parking lot, and you’ll save the environment at that. Therefore, we recommend to use public transportation as much as possible. Below, you will find the best ways to get to the festival terrain. Enjoy your trip and see you at Keltfest!

By bus

The nearest bus stop is Expo Haarlemmermeer in Vijfhuizen.
To get to Vijfhuizen by bus, please plan your trip carefully via www.9292.nl.

By train

To reach Keltfest by train, please travel to NS station Hoofddorp. From here switch to Connexxion bus 300 with direction Haarlem.

Please plan your journey to NS station Hillegom via  www.9292ov.nl of www.ns.nl.

More information will follow soon.

Can I withdraw money during the event?

During the event a limited amount of money can be withdrawn at the cash registers. This is allowed after noon as long as there is enough cash available at the cash registers.

Are dogs allowed on the terrain?

Dogs are allowed on the terrain, but are to be kept on a leash.

Am I allowed to bring food and drinks onto the terrain?

As every year it is not allowed to bring food and drink to Keltfest. We of course won’t make a fuss about a couple of sandwiches and a bottle of water, but big thermos bags filled with food and drink or crates or trays of beer will not be allowed. Other forms of alcohol will also be confiscated. This has to do with the regulations and our catering permit. We won’t be as strict as most pop festivals like Lowlands, but we will have to enforce these rules. We hope you will be understanding.

Can I buy a ticket at the event itself?

Yes, that is possible, but in presale you get a discount on the price. See the page Tickets for more information. We’ll certainly have enough tickets available at the entrance.

Can I pass the night at Keltfest?

Unfortunately Keltfest doesn’t have its own festival camping (yet). But there are several campings and hotels in the area. We made a list of these on the page Accommodation.
